Our newly-built lodge accommodates up to 12 people in beautiful en-suite rooms and stunning private chalets. We’ll take care of everything you need on the ground, so you’re free to focus on your guests and the experience.


We’re located on a dramatic hilltop in the highlands of Tanzania – far from the crowds of the tourist trail, rooted in nature and community. Our small and passionate team works between here and Edinburgh, Scotland, to give you a splendidly old fashioned, personal service.

Your retreat accommodation comprises two bedrooms in the main house and four separate bedroom chalets. All rooms can be configured for double or single occupancy with super-king size beds, or for twin occupancy with over-sized single beds.


The buildings are nestled among the giant boulders and native woodland of our huge 10,000 square-metre walled grounds, letting you relax in total privacy without feeling at all enclosed.
