  • Can I book other holidays with ActiveXplore?

    Absolutely!


    As well as having 3 ski chalets in the three valleys, we also have booking capabilities at most resorts and experiences around the world at discounted prices. Just let one of the team know and they will happily look into personal holiday requests for you.

  • Will you advertise my retreat for me?

    Yes absolutely, through our social media channels we will promote your retreat organically. With this, we will also build you a landing page on our website for you to send your customers to, as well as using SEO and organic social media to reach new guests who may not have heard of you before.

  • How do I secure my retreat accommodation?

    When you're happy to move forward we will require an accommodation deposit from you to secure your dates. Once we retrieve 50% over this amount from guests deposits we will return it to you from our trust account. For most retreat hosts this is taking around 2 weeks to achieve.

  • Are flights included in retreat packages?

    Typically no, flights aren't included in retreat packages. The main reason for this is typically people will be flying from different airports, parts of the country or from overseas to visit. Instead, we give an arrival date for all guests and include transfers from the airport to the retreat location for ease.

  • How do my guests pay for their retreat?

    In order to be travel package compliant all of your guests money for the trip must be held in a trust account until all suppliers have been paid, or the trip has been delivered. They will be able to book with a non-refundable deposit, when received we will send them a balance invoice with full payment details.

  • Who will be my contact at ActiveXplore?

    When you send in your enquiry form you will be assigned an account manager. This will be someone from our trusted team who will be available to you throughout the entire booking and delivery process to answer any questions you may have. Your account manager will also work with you on a long term retreat plan.
