It’s time to close the tabs in your mind and step away from the noise of everyday life.


For five wintery days, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect - with yourself, with nature, and with a group of like-minded people. Set deep within Lithuania’s ancient forests, this retreat is a chance to press pause, reset your nervous system, and return home feeling grounded, energised, and restored.


Imagine waking up surrounded by trees, brew warming your hands, as the forest stirs quietly around you. Movement, stillness, nourishing food, warmth, cold, conversation and quiet moments - all intentionally woven together to support your mind, body and soul.



Your hosts Sean, Vic and Katie bring together fitness, coaching and yoga to create a retreat that balances strength with softness, effort with ease, and connection with deep rest.

The Location

Hidden deep in Lithuania’s legendary Labanoras Forest, the venue is a private, nature-first retreat space designed for true switch-off.


Set on a secluded 3-hectare peninsula and surrounded by lake and woodland, it’s the kind of place where the air feels different, the noise drops away, and your body naturally exhales.



Expect cosy accommodation, beautiful communal spaces and nature right on your doorstep - from forest walks and quiet reflection to cold lake dips and fireside evenings. It’s a setting that invites you to slow down and settle in, without distraction.

The Movement

This retreat is built around balance - between movement and stillness, challenge and recovery, intention and rest.


Across the week, you’ll experience a thoughtful mix of functional fitness, mobility, yoga, breathwork and deeply restorative practices, all designed to support your body rather than push it to burnout. Sessions are programmed to leave you feeling stronger, more mobile and deeply relaxed - not depleted.


Led by all three retreat hosts, movement becomes a way to connect - to your body, your breath, the natural surroundings and your own inner rhythm. Alongside this, we’ll also invite you to gently step outside your comfort zone with experiences such as Wim Hof–style breathwork & cold immersion and guided sauna master sessions.


 These moments often feel unfamiliar at first, but time and time again, they become people’s favourite and most memorable parts of the retreat.

Accommodation

Set on a private forest peninsula and surrounded by the lake, the resort offers warm, comfortable accommodation designed for deep rest.


Guests stay across a collection of beautifully designed wooden lodges, including a large main house with shared living spaces and several smaller houses with private entrances.


Rooms include a mix of single, twin and shared options, many with private bathrooms.

Between sessions, there’s plenty of space to slow down, relax, or follow your curiosity & explore.


Cosy up by the fire with a good book, head out to explore the forest and grounds, brave a refreshing dip in the cold lake, or grab a sledge and embrace your inner child. You might find yourself deep in conversation, laughing with new friends, or happily disappearing for some solo time.



This time is intentionally unstructured, giving you the freedom to rest, play and connect in whatever way feels right for you.

Catering

Each day, you’ll enjoy three nourishing meals prepared by local Lithuanian chefs, thoughtfully designed to ground, restore and gently energise you throughout the retreat.


Meals are made using fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple, wholesome flavours that support movement, recovery and rest. Expect traditional Lithuanian food that feels comforting yet light - leaving you satisfied, cared for and well-fuelled for the day ahead.



Shared meals are an important part of retreat life. They’re a time to slow right down, gather around the table, connect with others and enjoy being fully present. Dining is relaxed and unhurried, flowing naturally with the calm rhythm of the retreat.

Retreat Leaders - Sean

Hi I'm Sean. I shall be your fitness coach and organiser on retreat alongside Katie and Victoria.


For the last 5 years I have been coaching in Manchester helping busy professionals and high net worth individuals keep fit and healthy. However in more recently in last 2 years following my passion for Hyrox I now coach people globally to help them prep for performance focused events such as Hyrox and marathons.


With such high intensity training and coaching recovery is vital and the ability to switch off from the hustle of the western world.


So I decided back in 2023 to run and set my very own wellness retreat in collaboration with the best life & wellness coaches.


Lithuania offered an incredible oppotunity to deliver this. So here we are 4 years on and I can't wait to share the experience with you

Retreat Leaders - Vic

I’m Vic, a personal trainer and life coach with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. 

My work incorporates movement and mindset, helping you feel strong, capable, and supported both physically and mentally as you move towards your goals.


At the Winter Wellness Retreat, I’ll be leading life coaching and journaling workshops, to cultivate self-awareness and help you realign with your values, alongside mobility sessions designed to release tension, improve movement, and feel more at home in your body.

Retreat Leaders - Katie

I’m Katie, a yoga teacher with over eight years of experience and a deep love for wellness, connection and community.


This retreat holds a very special place in my heart. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to slow down, soften, and reconnect - both with themselves and with others. I love holding space for the quiet magic that unfolds when we step away from everyday life and allow ourselves to truly be present.


At the Winter Wellness Retreat, I’ll be guiding dynamic vinyasa yoga to build strength, flow and vitality, alongside deeply restful yin sessions designed to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation. My intention is for you to leave feeling grounded, open and at home in your body.

This retreat was an amazing experience for me. It surpassed my expectations and was genuinely one of the best weeks I've had. I got to see and do so many amazing things as well as meeting a truly special group of people. A time I will never ever forget.


Would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique opportunity to fully immerse in nature, challenge oneself, overcome fears and push personal boundaries in a highly supportive and nourishing environment.

An amazing experience which i'll hold fond memories, I do feel like i've overcome some personal challenges, thanks the organisers, it was brilliant!
