The Location

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, our retreat setting offers 1,500 acres of peaceful countryside to explore. Rolling fields, gentle footpaths, and ever-changing seasonal scenery make it the perfect backdrop to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.


You’re welcome to wander the marked trails, spot local wildlife (hares, buzzards, owls, and the occasional hedgehog), or simply enjoy the quiet charm of the nearby village - unchanged in size for centuries.

Accommodation

Your home for the weekend is a pair of beautifully converted modern barns, nestled in the Cotswold countryside. Each space offers a peaceful, comfortable environment to unwind, connect, and recharge.


You’ll stay in a twin ensuite room shared with one other guest - all rooms are thoughtfully designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. Crisp bedlinen, soft towels, and inviting communal spaces make it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. If you’re coming with a friend and would like to share a room, just let us know once you've both booked.

Time Between Sessions

This retreat is as much about slowing down as it is about learning and connecting. Between workshops, you’ll have time to rest, read, journal, or wander the surrounding countryside.



You’re welcome to explore the nearby walking paths, enjoy the scenery that shifts with each season, and take in the calm rhythm of the Cotswolds - or simply curl up with a book and a cup of tea, or chat with other women who just get it.

Catering

Meals are designed to nourish and restore you throughout the weekend.


Enjoy a relaxed buffet dinner on Friday, continental breakfasts each morning, and freshly prepared vegetarian lunches and dinners on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday morning, breakfast will be served before checkout.



Hot drinks, refreshments, and wholesome snacks will be available throughout the retreat so you can refuel whenever you need.

Retreat Leader

Founder of SH Virtu and creator of the Rekindle Retreat, Siân helps women who work for themselves reclaim time, clarity, and creative confidence by easing the pressure of “doing it all.”


A creative ideas partner with over 15 years of experience across industries, Siân thrives on helping women share their stories and bring new ideas to life.


Based near Stroud, Gloucestershire, Siân works virtually with women-led small businesses across the UK, supporting them to balance creativity with calm and show up authentically in their work.

Tash Ward

Yoga teacher, Tash guides grounding yoga and meditation sessions that help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and a sense of calm confidence.


Anette Schive

A brand and lifestyle photographer with an eye for natural light and honest moments, Anette will help you capture the real story behind your business through creative, confidence-building photography workshops.


Polly Hickling

Founder of The Calm Confidence Toolkit, Polly shares practical techniques like tapping and gentle self-enquiry to ease stress, build resilience, and help you move through life with calm and clarity.
