Samantha Stone – AKA The Pivot Coach, is a transformational powerhouse on a mission to help you unlock your true potential. As a yoga teacher, intuitive coach and the visionary behind Good Yoga Life, Samantha is dedicated to guiding you on a journey of alignment and self-discovery.

Through playful movement, soul-nourishing mentorship and intuitive strategy, she empowers soul-led individuals to embrace change, awaken their inner wisdom and step boldly into the life they were always meant to live.

Cat Googe

Cat - AKA the joy queen is super passionate about joy and teaches you how to intentionally bring it into your everyday life instead of waiting for it to happen. She loves to facilitate this through her unique blend of laughter yoga, reiki and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She has crafted a powerful framework to help you shift what's feeling stuck and get intentional with prioritising yourself so you can feel more energised and joyful.

Cat delivers transformational workshops and has performed at many events and festivals including Fearne Cotton's Happy Place, Mind Body Spirit Festival and Glastonbury.

Catering

The yoga retreat offers bespoke and healthy catering options that will compliment your practice using locally sourced food leaning into influences from the local area.

We'll be making every meal an experience with a private chef preparing all meals tailored to meet your dietary requirements..
